Crayola crayon colour cd project
So I don't know what kind of response I'll get to this but I'll keep it open and running a while. Basically the idea is that I send a CDRW to someone it will have one song and a custom cover with a drawing in my favourite crayola crayon colour. The person it is sent to then adds a track to the CD and their own drawing on the cover in their favorite crayola crayon colour and sends it on the next person on the list and so on, eventually the CD and complete cover comes back to me, I then send everyone who took part a copy of the CD and complete cover art. So you need to have a CD writer and the will to take part in a nice little snail mail project Here is a collection of the colours of the crayons to give you an idea. If anyone fancys it leave a comment or drop me a line at zzz.www at gmail.com. Inspiration taken from the projects that go on at Nervousness.

Selfish cu*t twats Libertine with shit and it all turns into a Babyshambles. Hilarious Brit band member fistycuffs that includes horse poo.

Inexplicable objects of the week has some funny examples of everyday stuff with mostly amusing captions. I like the 8-track.

one.point.zero has regular linkage to some cool stuff and currently has Sesame Street singing and ode to the internet up.

Music blog with the occasional mp3 at Spookihaus

You might already know mp34u.

A couple of lists that I just had in my head...Even though I sometimes mock them I like making my own small on the spot ones.

5 kids shows I'd like to watch again (sorry maybe a bit Brit-centric)

1. Mysterious Cities of Gold
2. Knightmare
3. The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe
4. Box of Delights
5. Eerie Indiana (a kids show I suspect some adults liked)

5 favorite non-English language albums

1. Buena Vista Social Club
2. Manu Chao-Clandestino
3. Tarkan-Karma
4. La Haine OST
5. Serge Gainsbourg-Comic Strip

You can get Box Of Delights pretty easily on video on eBay - well worth it, my wife and I watched it last Christmas and it was just as wonderful as when we were kids.

I so totally miss Eerie, Indiana. I kind of never thought of it as specifically a kids show. In the same vein, I miss Picket Fences. Can we have DVD box sets, please?
